Q: How long will it take before my appliance ships?
A: These servers are built to order and have an average lead time of 8-10 weeks before shipment.

Q: What is the recommendation if I have 2000 users for the software?
A: If you anticipate going over 3000 users in the next 18 months, we would suggest that you purchase the performance unit and corresponding software for KACE. This way, you do not have upgrade completely when you go over 3000 users.

Q: Now that I have my server, how do I get it up and running? 
A: Our quick start guide will be included in your shipment for the Performance Server or the Base Server depending on your needs.

Q: Is my appliance covered under warranty?
A:  Your appliance purchase includes 3-Year ProSupport Hardware Warranty, 3-Year Keep Your Hard Drive Warranty, 3-Year VMWare ProSupport. 

Q: Does the appliance come with the software already installed?
A:  Yes it does! When you select your appliance, you will have the choice to pick between the Deployment Software or the Management Software. However, you will still need to purchase your license key to activate the software directly from your KACE sales representative.

Q: My license key is not working, what now?
A: Please create a service request at https://support.quest.com/contact-us/licensing. If you need to talk with a representative, please call Quest at 1-949-754-8068.

Q: The hardware seems to be having issues, who do I call?
A: Please call Dell ProSupport line at 1-800-456-3355 or enter a service tag at http://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/us/en/19/contactus/Dynamic.
